REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bundle Baby Carrier™, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Your carrier must be in “like-new” condition: free of rips, tears, stains, odors, or any other damage. If your carrier is damaged, we will be unable to refund your money, and will send the carrier back to you, at a $5.00 charge.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your carrier for a different color, you may do so by completing this form and including it with your carrier when you send it to us. You will be billed $5.00 for the exchange.
